In 2016, both the North Carolina Adult Soccer Association and South Carolina Amateur Soccer Association decided upon a joint State Cup (11v11) in December & Tournament (8v8) in May. The State Cup hosts both Competitive and Intermediate level 11v11 divisions with the Competitive divisions attempting to qualify for the USASA National Cups Championships beginning with the Region III (Southeast) Championships. The 8v8 Tournament is a great opportunity to kick off the summer with Competitive and Intermediate divisions as well.
Player registration is free for all currently registered USASA members. This is NCASA's and SCASA's state qualifier for Region III Championships (June 2024). All other Out of State Teams are welcome to participate; while not being eligible to advance to Regionals through this tournament you will still experience fierce competition in the Non-Qualifying Divisions.
Divisions offered: Gold & Silver for Open Men, Open Women, Coed, Over 30 and Over 40.
All Silver Divisions and Women Over 40, Men Over 50, Men Over 55 and Men Over 60 divisions will experience top-notch competition with teams from NC, SC, as well as teams from other Region III states and even some from Region I and II.
